As a youth, I was most impressed by someone’s looks and their ability to seem cool. I do not guess that this is unusual, however it isn’t a smart strategy for long term relationships. This is how I wound up with a lot of useless and dramatic besties, and down the line, I realized that it was much more important to date someone with practical skills and knowledge. You want a long-term partner who can carry their weight. That’s why, I preferentially date skilled tradesmen such as HVAC businesss. Not only do I find it seriously charming to watch my boo fully service our forced air heater or AC unit, despite the fact that I appreciate the joy that he gets from excellent indoor air quality and lower utility bills. My buddy and I are always on the same page when it comes to temperature control programming, because he wants to take nice care of our entire heating and cooling plan. I also never have to worry about performing the routine service and diagnostics that are recommended by the HVAC dealership. I prefer having a real partner when it comes to our indoor air quality and utility management… And it does not hurt that he can service our heating and cooling equipment at the drop of a hat in case of emergency. If you want to keep dating frogs, go ahead. But let me tell you, in the long term there’s nothing sexier than a well-worked on HVAC system.
