RV Furnace not Working Properly

RV Furnace not Working Properly

David and I have built a beautiful life together.

My buddy and I started a successful supplier two years after my friend and I got married; my friend and I raised five beautiful children; and recently, my friend and I retired to travel the beautiful country that my friend and I call home.

My buddy and I have really enjoyed our retirement thus far, then trying to adjust ourselves to this current lifestyle was a little peculiar at first, but it feels pretty normal now. Not having to go into work everyday and be on call 24/7 for our employees and clients is really weird. To help make traveling the country more convenient for ourselves, my friend and I bought a used RV. Having a locale that feels a little more like cabin than a hotel room is really nice. My buddy and I had no problems with the RV until winter hit us. My buddy and I had run the furnace the previous Summer just to make sure it worked properly, and it did. However when my friend and I turned it on a couple weeks ago, it wasn’t blowing sizzling air. The fan was really toiling because air was coming out of the vents, but it was frigid air. The first thing my friend and I inspected was the propane. My buddy and I knew that if the propane wasn’t getting to the furnace then there would be no heat, but after investigating that, my friend and I discovered that propane wasn’t the problem. My buddy and I ended up calling and Heating as well as A/C specialist to come and take a look at it. Thankfully, he had inspected many RV and camper furnaces, so he knew what he was doing. He fixed the furnace within an hour, and my friend and I were so thankful to have heat for the cold winter months. Although retirement has been a dream come true, life always comes with its challenges no matter what phase you’re in.
