I just cherish to get away and go to a nice conference. My family does this quite often. My associate and I take a few trips a year to just get away and relax while at the same time growing closer as a family through helpful sessions at the conferences my associate and I attend. Usually, once a year, my husband and I get to attend a marriage conference without the adolescents with us. This is one of my number one times of the year. Vince and I have easily found that these marriage conferences have been a superb blessing to us, and they have helped to strengthen our marriage immensely. Last August, Vince and I took a trip out West for one of our number one marriage conferences ever. My associate and I hadn’t been able to go to that particular conference for over five years, so my associate and I were easily excited. The speakers at the conference particularly did an amazing task, and the material and tips that they gave us were so helpful. Unluckyly, they had trouble with the air conditioner unit in the building that they had rented, and the locale was so warm that it was almost unbearable. Of course, they did the best that they could to try and keep the locale cool enough, however it just didn’t work. I had to leave a couple sessions early just because I couldn’t kneel the intense heat. I was seven months pregnant at the time, and the heat easily carried some unpleasant odors that made me all the more uncomfortable. I was thankful that my associate and I were able to attend each session that my associate and I did, but I was even more thrilled to get to the hotel each night and easily have some nice air conditioner. I never realized how much not having air conditioner affects me.
