Open air restaurant – comfortable 2 weeks of the year

I’m one of those people who has an entrepreneurial spirit, and for as long as I can remember, I have been starting up my own small suppliers plus earning currency on the side! I mean, literally as a child I was walking people’s cats plus cleaning their homes to earn some currency outside of my birthday allowances, but that never change, plus throughout high university plus university I consistently diagnosed secondary plus tertiary jobs.

I savor creating my own suppliers plus being my own boss.

I also savor to look for New Opportunities plus to start dreaming of ways to fill those voids! Recently, a neighbor came to me with a brand new idea… She wanted to open an open-air restaurant in our neighborhood. She said there were plenty of trendy farm-to-table sites, but none of them took they’re eco-friendly stance the extra mile. She wanted to have an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C-less restaurant without any reliance on Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems or extraneous energy usage; My neighbor told me she had been visiting local restaurants for quite some time, plus she noticed that the indoor Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system consistently decreased her pleasure with the restaurant. She said the sitement of air vents, the difficulty establishing one set air temperature for the restaurant, plus the polarizing nature of air conditioner consistently seemed to ruin someone’s experience. Therefore, she wanted to cut out the whole extravagant Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system plus utilize mother nature for ventilation. I told him that sounded like a great idea… except in these parts, her business could only be comfortably open for about 2 weeks of the year.
