My mom has built quite the little life for herself.
These days she is living on a small horse farm that she runs all alone, then she’s sixty years outdated and still hustling every morning.
She honestly enjoys this lifestyle and enjoys collecting creatures to take care of. In fact, she recently just went out and got some new creatures to care for… mini horses. At first when she told me that she bought these new pets, I thought she was completely crazy. It sounded like a big waste of money… and then her Heating & A/C system failed and I had to eat my words. Apparently, her forced air heater stopped working in the middle of the night and she was beside herself. She had no idea how she was going to afford an emergency repair service, let alone a brand new boiler if that outdated gas heater had actually failed. She called out the nearest heating and cooling specialists, in desperation. When they arrived at the farm, she said the Heating & A/C specialist was taken aback by her charming little mini horses. The air quality control specialist had a hard time dragging himself away from their mini pasture to go work on the heating and cooling system. While he was in the basement laboring away with the heater, my mom was texting me with her financial worries. After an hour or two, however, she texted me back and said that everything had worked out just good with her heater repair.In fact, after the Heating & A/C specialist repaired the gas heater, he insisted that it was free… As long as she let him bring his kids over to take pictures with the mini horses.
