It is not even respectfully winter yet and I am already over it… This is easily because of the fact that our home is never really moderate and no matter how hard I try I feel cold.
The concern has been getting worse over the past couple years and my buddy and I really need to consider upgrading our insulation and our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit, my partner keeps telling me that my buddy and I cannot afford it but I am the one who works from home and has to deal with the frosty home all the time.
Each afternoon she heads to her costly office downtown that has a perfect Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system so she doesn’t seem to mind bundling up while she is home in the evening, but i run a small home company and take care of the teenagers when they get home from school so I am forced to live that way all the time. I have even tried using portable boilers in the areas where I am working but it doesn’t seem to help that much… Because my partner earns much more than I do and controls how my buddy and I spend the bulk of our currency I have been working really hard to try to convince her that spending the currency would legitimately save us in the long run, then are utility bills would be quite lower if my buddy and I were to invest a bit of currency in fixing up the home and making it less drafty. Installing a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system would also be more efficient and I have read that the newer technology uses up to 25% less energy which is a lot. I really hope that she comes around because I am not sure that I can take another full winter in this frosty house.
